PREORDER POLICY

Please be advised that our clothing items are available for pre-order, and we anticipate shipping within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of payment.

Please note that this timeframe is an estimate, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. There can not be any refund made due to delay on preorders.

We strive to keep you informed of any changes in the delivery schedule. Kindly be aware that once the 14-day deadline following payment has elapsed, orders cannot be canceled until you received the product, when this happens, the following rules will apply.

We understand your anticipation and appreciate your patience as we work diligently to ensure the quality and timely delivery of our products to you.

If you place an order outside the European Union, customs fees may apply. 



For all orders placed in Metropolitan France or the European Union
(excluding Switzerland and the United Kingdom), no customs fees are
required.

Other countries may be subject to custom fees, import fees and taxes, these are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by [ ]at.



If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any original postage cost, duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package.

Pour toute commande passée en France métropolitaine ou dans l'Union européenne

(hors Suisse et Royaume-Uni), aucun frais de douane n'est exigé.

tous nos colis sont expédiés via les services La Poste pour la France et l’Union Européenne, et par DHL pour le reste du monde.

les frais de port pour toute commande passée en France Métropolitaine sont fixes et indiqués par le vendeur au sein du formulaire rempli lors de la commande.

le vendeur s'engage à traiter la commande dans un délai de 3 mois à compter du jour suivant la validation de la commande, sauf indications contraires. Les délais indiqués sont des délais moyens et correspondent aux délais de traitement, de préparation et d’expédition de la commande (sortie entrepôts).

REFUND

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, write a mail to dakid@vetement.at, with pictures of your package, the piece and the reason of your return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Preorders

We consider preorders as a custom product personalized for you, in that case, we can not make any refund nor exchange for them. Please contact us on instagram or on dakid@vetement.at

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
